Delete your Zontle account

In the app (fastest)

Open Zontle and go to Settings.
Tap Account and ranking.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, email support@devion.world from the address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my Zontle account”. We will delete the account and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Your account (email address and sign-in credentials).
Your public display name.
All of your leaderboard entries and scores.
If you were a beta tester: audio-review verdicts you submitted are not removed by the in-app button; email us and we will delete them too.

What is not affected

Your learning progress, streaks and settings are stored only on your device and were never uploaded; clear the app’s storage or uninstall Zontle to remove them. Backups made by our infrastructure provider are rotated out automatically.
